The Welsh international, who has struggled to establish himself this season under head coach Thomas Frank, is now close to leaving Spurs and could continue his career at another London club.
According to reports from England, Crystal Palace and Tottenham have already agreed on the transfer fee, with Spurs accepting Palace’s offer for the wide attacker.
