They can play games on Tuesday with smaller opponents and in-play for the Premier League; these matches can help him to sharpen his timing, get some experience, and try to pass in the elimination phase of the Europa League for this season.
The players need to follow Dyche and trust him. He needs to establish players that he believes in, to start his system, and to play players that suit his football style.
He needs to create a good situation in the team and start improving the team game with the structure and a good combination in the team.
