Novak Djokovic defeated the undisputed world number one in the semifinal of the Australian Open and set up a great final duel against Carlos Alcaraz. It is a matchup that promises a spectacle, especially considering that Alcaraz had never progressed beyond the semifinals of the Australian Open before.
In a direct and demanding duel, Novak Djokovic handed Sinner a heavy defeat and clearly showed that this season will certainly not be dominated solely by Sinner and Alcaraz, who will not win three of the four Grand Slams together.
