It is no longer the beginning of the season. There is less and less room for calculations. Over the next few weeks, this campaign 2025/2026 will take its final shape and will be defined. Form, performances on the pitch, and defensive weaknesses will leave their mark on the outcome. The season will produce clear winners and profiteers of the season, and clear losers.
Some teams that are in top zones might lose everything they have been working on during the season.It can be due to the bad form in general, flaws and weaknesses in terms of structure and roster. It can be pure bad management or a bad game plan, match development, and match preparation.
The adaptability to opponents is what makes the key difference and defines winners and winning mentality.
Bad tactical ideas and an inability to adjust to the opponents and patterns. Inexperience can take a serious course and might be the decisive factor.
Managers in the Champions League will have their chance to prove themselves, and substitutions might define the case. There will be no time for excuses, and many managers will make excuses for failures. Those will win nothing in this level.
Chaotic January in Tottenham. Chronic injuries. Fans who were determined to see Thomas Franks back.
It has been a year marked by injuries at Tottenham Hotspur and physical hard battles, and trying to stick with the manager.
It was impossible due to the bad atmosphere around the club to keep Frank in the job. And pressure from Tottenham supporters and their clear desire to secure the sacking of manager Frank was a hard situation to see and also comprehend.
Tottenham Stadium was a chaotic environment for anyone. It was an extremely toxic atmosphere, with no sense at all.
The Tottenham fans took care of the club’s future by eliminating manger who was under contract with the club, putting him under greater and greater pressure.
Thomas Frank was in a situation where there was no return point.
People who are paying season tickets at Tottenham stadium who are calling themselves Spurs fans, have made the situation unbearable for Frank. His methods were marginal despite the extremely hard efforts and full dedication to Tottenham.
Frank has given everything to the club and was working very hard to improve the team and the general picture. He was fully committed to Tottenham.

Angre Postecoglou was worse last season in the Premier League. Last season of the Premier League was the worst in terms of team quality. The last three teams were extremely poor. Leicester, Southampton and Ipswich were out of the league with their qualities.

Leeds United turned the season around completely:
At Leeds United, Daniel Farke experienced a full turnaround. The team fought its way clear of the relegation zone and then climbed toward higher positions. The German coach uses Noah Okafor excellently as an impactful substitute. The former RB Leipzig and AC Milan forward delivered crucial points multiple times.
Leeds’ defence is extremely compact with Bijol and Rondon as a firm central defender pair. They have been tested many times, but extremely rarely underperformed.
With bravery and competitiveness, they have had many important and tight fixtures in the league. Daniel Farke and the team deserve major credit.
There are still many Championship elements present in their game since they were promoted to the Premier League last season, from the Championship.
Chelsea- Rosenior took over in January and already achieved harmony. Developed great relations inside team.
Chelsea FC appointed the highly talented Liam Rosenior from Strasbourg. He transformed a tired and disorganised group into an attacking machine. Rosenior unlocked player potential and took over in a difficult moment, completely shifting the club’s direction.
Crucial part of the season
Form will decide everything. The Premier League has rarely been harder to predict. Teams are evenly matched in what may be the most balanced season in a decade.
Form will also be decisive in the UEFA Champions League for Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City, who remain one of the main favourites to win the competition.
Liverpool in the Champions League: Reds chances:
Liverpool could make another deep and successful Champions League run. Despite an ageing core and the team’s basic players having passed their prime, Liverpool is still very dangerous in the Champions League. The players are very experienced, and they have reached excellent form and a good run in the last weeks.
They are playing better football than they have results. Florian Wirtz is still not fully content with the team. He is being stopped in key moments and lacks countertraction in key moments.
Liverpool is fantastic in the new Champions League format. They were first in the first season and were deeply in the first 8 this season. This system fits them well. So they are dangerous opponents in competition.
They were later eliminated early by Paris Saint-Germain, who later went on to win the title for the first time in their history.
Chelsea
Chelsea’s form will be tested in the next phase. Defensive errors must not happen.
If Chelsea wants results and success in their return to the Champions League, they must play collectively on a high level. Individual mistakes will not do. Malo Gusto, for instance, can cost Chelsea at this time. Without this, Chelsea can have a great season.
Arsenal
Arsenal are now a team nobody wants to face. With its different form from previous years, when they were underdogs and not favourites. The huge expectations are in front of them when they won the group stage phases
Newcastle United have a strong opportunity to progress against Qarabag FK, who are not in full domestic rhythm.
Premier League title race.
The title race remains uncertain. Arsenal and Manchester City are fighting for the crown. Arsenal have led for a long time, but closing the race too early can create disaster.
A weaker January did not prove fatal for Manchester City’s title ambitions. City has responded strongly with very good performances in the last few weeks. They look extremely sharp on long term.
The battle for Champions League spots could be the most dramatic yet. A few poor results for Aston Villa could push them in the race with Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Relegation battle:
In the relegation fight, it looks like we may already be saying goodbye to Wolverhampton Wanderers and almost certainly Burnley FC, who have shown little quality all season — unlike Leeds. West Ham, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Tottenham and definitely Nottingham Forest — who have once again changed manager — could all be dragged into the brutal survival battle.
The final weeks will define everything. The season will be defined.
